The extra-long, 30-foot Agility Ladder from PowerMax offers a tried and true way to perform a wide range of footwork training drills, helping athletes improve their speed, balance, and coordination. This has helped make it a staple of workouts across countless athletic disciplines, from football, basketball, and soccer practices to boxing, gymnastics, martial arts training, etc.

Fully portable and suitable for indoor/outdoor use, the 30’ Agility Ladder has 20 slats (spaced 18” apart) and is comprised of four 7’6” sections for more versatility in set-up. It can also be connected to other ladders. All orders come with a convenient carry bag.
