Sold here exclusively in pairs, Ghost Strong KG Calibrated Plates are made from quality cast iron and machined to a strict weight tolerance of +/- 10 grams. Approved for competition at their time of manufacture by the United States Powerlifting Association, these color-coded plates are available in 10 weight increments and equipped with calibration plugs for even greater precision.

Each Ghost Calibrated Plate is cut to allow a max loading capacity of 700 KG, and the 50.4mm collar opening is compatible with any standard Olympic barbell.
