First developed as a surfing simulator by surfer/inventor Hunter Joslin back in the 1970s, the Indo Board has since evolved into a popular training tool around the world for developing better balance and increasing leg and core strength. It’s paired here with a 6.5” diameter roller, offering a great system for exercising the body’s balance control systems; whether as part of sports-specific training or specialized rehab / physical therapy.

With the deck balanced on top of the provided roller, the basic goal of the Indo Board Balance Trainer is for the athlete to ride atop the board as long as possible, surfboard style, while keeping the deck from touching the ground. It’s a kit uniquely designed for indoor use, enabling the rider to have hours of fun while engaging in a simple, efficient form of core balance training and core stability training. The Indo Board is applicable not only to board sports, but a wide range of other athletic disciplines.

The “Natural” Indo Original available here features a textured, all wood board with a large “Indo Man” logo. The durable Indo Original Roller is also included standard. The board’s weight capacity is approximately 350 LBS.
