The kBox4 Active Kit from Exxentric allows athletes to work against the variable inertia of heavy steel flywheels rather than lifting against gravity. This simple platform-based pulley system not only provides eccentrically overloaded training in a safe and efficient way, but also gives users the benefit of custom, variable resistance across a variety of exercises, including squats, deadlifts, leg and biceps curls, rows, triceps extensions, thrusters, and more.

This kBox4 Active System is Exxentric’s entry-level model, and is ideal for home gyms / garage gyms and any athlete looking to enhance their strength through rotational and pull exercises as well as push and lower limb movements. The portable platform is assembled by Swedish expert technicians with a light bronze coloured steel chassis (requiring minimal floor space), and the small pulley block is uniquely compact to prevent any interference during training. With a standard inertia capacity up to 0.100 kgm², the kBox4 Active is extremely versatile and adaptable, no matter the user’s size, experience, or goals.

• Flywheel – L – 0.050 kgm², Standard – Made from laser cut, balanced and powder coated carbon steel.
• Hip Belt – Adjustable, lightweight but strong design, for lower body exercises.
• kGrip Pair – Less than 100g each, optimized for pulling exercises like straight-arm lifts, hammer curls, deadlifts, high pulls and rows.
