kPulley Go Starter System

The kPulley Go from Exxentric is an entry-level flywheel training system that’s compact and easy to set up, but still customizable and equipped for variable resistance and a high load capacity. This set-up can be great for home gyms / garage gyms and any athlete looking to enhance their strength through not only through rotational and pull exercises, but push and lower limb movements, as well.

Flywheel training has been increasingly embraced by coaches and trainers at all levels, as it enables unlimited variable resistance, an endless variety of movements, easily achieved eccentric overload, and day-to-day benefits for mobility and recovery. 

The kPulley Go can serve as either the central component of a new flywheel training system or a complement to an existing setup. In addition to its versatility and adaptability, this model facilitates a very broad inertia range between 0.005 kgm² and 0.140 kgm².

The kPulley Starter System comes standard with:

• kPulley Go Device – 4.3KG, 39.4cm H x 41.2cm D x 19cm W, Jet Black finish
• Strap Mount – Enables users to easily strap their device around a stable fixed object. Includes a steel plate for optional wall-attachment (screws compatible with your wall will need to be acquired elsewhere).
• Flywheel – M – 0.025 kgm², Standard – Made from laser cut, balanced and powder coated carbon steel.
• Ankle Cuff Pair – 150g each. For isolated lower body exercises: knee pulls, hamstring curls, leg extensions, hip abduction, etc.
•  kGrip Pair – Less than 100g each, optimized for pulling exercises like straight-arm lifts, hammer curls, deadlifts, high pulls and rows.
