Developed by Animalhouse Fitness, MonkeyFeet is a patented, ratchet-based shoe attachment uniquely designed to hold a standard dumbbell, up to 160 LBS in weight. This innovation allows athletes to lift DBs with their feet just as they would with their hands, opening up dozens of leg training movements (leg extensions, high knees, hamstring curls, raises, donkey kicks, etc.) without the need of expensive machines. 

Sold as singles or as a pair, MonkeyFeet work interchangeably on the left and right foot, and they are equipped to fit most shoe sizes. Each 1.2 LB attachment is constructed from high-end materials and incorporates ratchet technology borrowed from the action sports world, keeping the dumbbell secured below the heel for optimal comfort and freedom of motion. Just fold, clamp, and ratchet to secure the DB, then get your work in. Leg Day can now move from the gym to the park, home, work . . . MonkeyFeet’s portability puts no limits on where you train.
