Monster Hip Thruster Bench

The Monster Hip Thruster Bench is a padded crossmember attachment designed specifically for use within the 43” space of a Rogue Monster Series rack or rig (a Monster Lite Version is also available, sold separately). Shipped fully assembled, this easy-install bench includes steel channels at each end which securely attach to your uprights using a pair of provided 1” Monster detent pins. After a workout, the bench is equally simple to take down and stow.

We developed the Monster Hip Thruster Bench to give athletes a stable and comfortable platform for performing hip thrusts in a space efficient, rack-mounted format. Each unit is constructed from a 2×4″ 11-gauge steel tube with 5/16” thick formed steel endplates. Around the tube is a U-shaped, vinyl-covered pad that’s 2.25″ thick on the top and 1.5″ thick on the sides—offering additional protection from contact with any hard steel surfaces as you train.
