This version of the Rogue Hip Thruster Bench is designed exclusively for set-up within the 43” space of a Monster Lite rack or rig. It ships fully assembled and includes a pair of 5/8” detent pins for easy installation. (For owners of a Monster Series unit, see the Monster Hip Thruster Bench).

The Monster Lite Hip Thruster Bench is a padded crossmember attachment that gives athletes a stable, comfortable, and space-efficient platform for performing hip thrusts. Each unit is constructed from a 2×4″ 11-gauge steel tube that’s welded to 5/16″ thick formed end plates. Around the tube is a U-shaped, vinyl-covered pad that measures 2.25″ thick on the top and 1.5″ thick on the sides—offering additional protection from contact with any hard steel surfaces as you train.
