This version of the Rogue Squat Handles is compatible exclusively with our Monster Series rigs and racks (a Monster Lite version is also available). Adjustable to any height using the included detent pins, these 6″ (handle) long, 1.25″ (handle) diameter handles offer athletes greater stability on safety squats, reducing stress on the shoulders and triceps while maintaining a straight spine. By keeping your hands in front of you, it also becomes easier to sit back through the movement and shift the focus to the quads, hamstrings, and glutes.

Each Rogue Squat Handle is manufactured in the USA from 0.1875″ thick laser-cut steel Channel, with laser-cut Rogue “R” branding and a Satin Black powder coat finish. Three pieces of UHMW plastic are also installed into each channel to prevent any paint damage to rack/rig. A durable rubberized covering produces a firm, reliable grip, even over repeated use from multiple athletes.

While these handles make an excellent companion piece with the Rogue Safety Squat Bar, they can also be used with any Monster rack as a functional leverage tool for stretching exercises and more.

Important: For safety, Rogue Squat Handles should only be used on a rack or rig that is securely fastened to the floor.
