ROGUE KG COMPETITION COLLARS

Approved for official use by both the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) and International Powerlifting Federation (IPF), Rogue’s fully updated KG Competition Collars set a new standard for precision, stability, and strength.

The main body of each 2.5 KG collar is now machined out of billet steel (rather than cast steel) with a hard chrome finish. The cast star locking ring includes Rogue branding. This construction results in a more robust collar body and superior corrosion resistance, backed up by a 2-year warranty. Our Comp Collars are also held to a strict weight tolerance of -0 / +10 grams (within the calibration standards of the IWF and IPF), and their compact shape frees up more loadable sleeve space on the bar.

Attaching KG Competition Collars:
The collar is placed on the sleeve with the cast star locking ring positioned against the loaded plates. Next, the user rotates the ball lever handle , which compresses on an arched steel sleeve within the collar itself, allowing it to tighten around the barbell sleeve without marring the bar’s surface. The star locking ring then rotates to provide additional lock-in security against any movement of the plates.

The convenience and reliability of these mechanisms make it easy to add, adjust, and remove the collars as needed, or to quickly load small plates for PR attempts.
