Rogue Monster Lite Slinger™

The Rogue Monster Lite Slinger™ is a rack-mounted cable-pulley system designed to deliver the same training benefits of a traditional Lat Pulldown Machine with better space and cost efficiency. This particular model is compatible exclusively with our Monster LITE Power Racks and it’s now available in your choice of three different resistance formats: plate-loaded, band-loaded, or weight stack*. Customers may also choose to purchase Monster Lite 3.0 24” or 43” Crossmembers, which include pre-drilled holes for the cable to pass through. Monster Lite 3.0 crossmembers are required for use with the Weight Stack Slinger and are highly recommended for users who do not want to drill holes in their existing Monster Lite 1.0 or 2.0 crossmembers.*

Note: The Monster Lite Slinger with the Weight Stack resistance type is only compatible with Monster Lite 3.0 Crossmembers. Both the Top and Bottom Crossmembers must be Monster Lite 3.0 to install the Monster Lite Slinger with Weight Stack.

*The Monster Lite Slinger comes with adjustable components for set-up on a 90” or 108” unit. However, the Weight Stack resistance option may NOT be compatible with rack heights above 90”.

Warning: Any Rack or Rig utilizing the Slinger attachment must be securely fastened to the floor for use.

The Monster Lite Slinger Base Unit includes:

• (2) Slinger Mounting Plates
• (2) 6″ Cable Pulleys
• (1) 1/4″ MIL Spec Cable with Rogue made hardware
• (1) Slinger Extension Strap – for 108” units, NOT applicable to Weight Stack version
• (1) Slinger Band Sheath – 1000D Cordura
• (2) Carabiners
• (2) Black Zinc 5/8” Bolt Assemblies
• (2) Rubber Grommets for protecting the cable

Other Optional Add-Ons:

• Rogue Tricep Strap: Nylon Webbing construction, 1.5” wide, ¼” thick, 8” long handle, 29” total length
• Pioneer Leather Tricep Strap: 100% Genuine Sole Leather, 6” Hand Holds, 25” total length, Neoprene lining for comfort
• Rogue Stainless Steel Lat Bar Attachment: Fully knurled w/ laser-cut Rogue branding and Black Zinc/Bright Zinc finish. 1.125″ diameter, 48″ across
