Rogue Resin Squat Wedge

The Rogue Resin Squat Wedge is a lightweight, economy-priced alternative (or complement) to our premier line of Steel Squat Wedges. Measuring 13” wide x 6” deep, this wedge features a single, standard incline of 10-degrees, rising to a height of 1” at the back. It is manufactured in Michigan using compression-molded, 100% post-consumer recycled plastic—the same material used in our popular Resin Plyo Boxes.

Elevating the heels on an inclined wedge during squats has been proven to increase range of motion, improve form, and better target the quad muscles; specifically the VMO, or vastus medialis oblique muscle, above the knee. This, in turn, can help stabilize and strengthen the knee joint and reduce injury risks down the road. 

The design of the Resin Squat Wedge includes debossed Rogue branding with heel height indication lines running up the face at 0.5”, 0.75”, and 1”. A reinforced rib structure in the base ensures the strength and integrity of the wedge under heavy weight.
