Available in three sizes and six different angled inclines, Rogue’s Squat Wedges are the most durable and dynamic on the market—manufactured in the USA from heavy-duty 7-gauge and 11-gauge steel and optimized for stability.

Athletes in all types of sports and disciplines have recognized the benefits of squat wedges as a means for (1) increasing squat depth and range of motion, (2) engaging the quads, and (3) protecting and strengthening the knees. Rogue’s wedges are among the few in the industry made from steel—certainly preferable when the goal is stability and durability. We’ve also equipped each wedge with a slot-and-tab feature for easy alignment and nesting; laser cutouts and degree indicators for quick identification of different angles; and a patented 2-hole feature* that enables convenient storage on any Monster, RM43, Monster Lite, or Infinity upright/strip.

A handle cut-out on the top of the Squat Wedge allows the user to pick it up off the floor with ease, and the formed/bent side pieces double as helpful handles in their own right, either when carrying the wedge across a room or when transitioning to a side-holding position while placing a detent pin through the holes.
