The Son of the Beast Battle Rope set is the second generation of elastic, multi-purpose battle ropes from Stroops. The PRO Kit edition, available here, includes (2) 10-ft. Slastix Battle Ropes, (1) Power Pull Belt, (2) Carabiners, (2) Cloth Anchors, and (2) Agility Dots.

Suited for small home gyms and large training facilities, alike, the Son of the Beast’s unique double anchor points also make it easy to set-up virtually anywhere outdoors, using a tree, park bench, etc. This versatility applies to its functionality, as well. The sheathed Slastix resistance bands that make up the ropes can be used for standard battle rope slamming (the further you stand from the anchor point, the more challenging the workout) or easily adapted via the Power Pull belt for resisted sprints, resisted jumping (broad jumps, consecutive jumps), and resisted lateral movements.

Slastix (elastic sleeve) bands are extreme durable, ensure an excellent grip, and help athletes hone their muscle stability by training functional movements in a uniquely unstable environment.
