Stroops’ Tomahawk Sack is a simple, strap-based medicine ball holder / accessory that can add a new dynamic of controlled twisting, swinging, and slamming to a standard medball workout. This rotational training tool is designed only for use with 10” diameter balls, and is best combined with either a designated Slam Ball, Hoover Ball, or a medball specifically equipped for slamming.

After loading in their preferred 10” medball, athletes can utilize the Tomahawk Sack to develop strength and power in the transverse plane via movements like the kettlebell swing, Russian twist, lasso, anti-rotation swing, sledgehammer, and more. You can also quickly swap out one medball with another of lesser or greater weight for more variance in the workout.

The handle of the Tomahawk Sack has three adjustable length options (ranging from 2’ to 4’3”) and a knot at the end to prevent a loss of grip.
