Ultimate DC Blocks® integrate new cut-out handles (1” height x 3.5” wide) into the Original DC Block design, making them easier to pick up, transport, and stack. These compact lifting blocks are made in the USA from 100% recycled plastics and have the same dimensions as the Originals, meaning they’re still compatible with all DC Blocks products.

Each Ultimate DC Block measures 19″ x 15.5″, expanding to 31” wide with two blocks side by side. Their 2” height makes them ideally suited for quick, incremental height adjustments between different athletes, and the interlocking design creates a rock solid foundation. 

Rogue currently offers the Ultimate DC Blocks in sets of 6, 12, 18, 24, and 36 (a set of 12—two stacks of 6 each—generally raises the bar to knee level for an average sized male).

Double-Wide Option (Sold Separately): For athletes looking for a larger pulling surface, DC Blocks are also available in “Double-Wide” pairs (23LB each). These blocks are the same length (19″) and height (2″) as the Ultimates, but a full 31” across—meaning they fit on top of two Ultimate DC Blocks placed side-by-side. The result is a wide pulling platform that doubles as portable jerk blocks. Double Wide DC Blocks do not currently include handles.

Flat Top Addition (Sold Separately): With no interlocking edges, the Flat Top is an optional top section for a stack of DC Blocks, offering a landing or stance platform when performing plyometrics, step-ups, or other assistance exercises. It also can provide added comfort during box squats or serve as a weight bench.

Benefits of Lifting Blocks
Some athletes use blocks to help them improve the mechanics of their snatch-and-clean technique or to develop greater explosiveness. Others turn to the blocks when nagging injuries (often the lower back or knees) make it more difficult to start from the hang position. No matter how you use them, DC Blocks are a wise investment—offering the functionality of traditional blocks in a light, portable, and affordable format.

Please Note: Less experienced lifters should be cautious when using blocks, as missed drops can result in the bar deflecting or rebounding into harm’s way. It is recommended to start with less weight than what you’re accustomed to with lifts from the floor. Rogue also suggests trying different stack heights to determine which starting position works best for you.
